Individuals across all stages of life — from children to adults and older people — have unique abilities, needs, and goals. Occupational Therapy plays an important role in supporting people to participate meaningfully in their everyday activities, while also providing guidance and support to families and caregivers.
Merry Occupational Therapy is a community-based Occupational Therapy service supporting individuals across South-East Melbourne and surrounding regions. Our services are delivered in participants’ homes, schools, and community settings, ensuring support is practical, accessible, and tailored to real-life environments.
We provide Occupational Therapy services to children, adults, and older adults, offering individualised, goal-focused support that respects each person’s strengths, challenges, and life context.
For children, our Occupational Therapy services focus on supporting independence, participation, and skill development across home, school, and community settings. We assess functional abilities and provide practical strategies and recommendations to help children build confidence, overcome challenges, and engage more fully in their everyday activities.
For adults and older adults, we support individuals to manage changes in function, maintain independence, and improve safety and quality of life. This may include assistance with daily living activities, mobility, equipment recommendations, and environmental considerations to support participation and wellbeing.
At Merry Occupational Therapy, we are committed to delivering compassionate, practical, and person-centred Occupational Therapy across the lifespan. Our goal is to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support networks to enable meaningful participation and improved quality of life.
